Byron was amazing from the get go. He was recommended by my friend, and after trying to work with several other realtors that did not work out, I knew I had found the right one. I was really scared about buying our first home. I loved that every house we viewed he and his team had researched. He would go through a home and tell me the good and THE BAD. Not all realtors will do that. I gave him parameters and he helped me refine them. I found exactly what I wanted with his help. I also sold my house for 150k more then I was expecting with his help.
